Humble/Appreciative Now?

Naturally enough, the Chinese Virus has change things; at least in the present.  In my case, I have become more reflective and appreciative.  Not that I wasn’t before, but I now very  much appreciate every meal that I have, every new day.      That said, let us consider one of the least humble/appreciative groups around: young women.  How has the Chinese Virus affected them?

Modern young women, even if they are not so visually appealing, seem to always have somebody to fall back upon, be it parents, boyfriend, girlfriend’s parents, etc. Though, the accommodations might not always be up to her standards.  Perhaps a different attitude might result, or perhaps she will demand that government make up any shortfall that she has.

If young women are effectively trapped in homes, they are not out and about collecting attention, free drinks, adoration etc.   For many, this might be considered to be a real tragedy, for they are entitled to this.  This lack of attention is probably a real blow to the ego.  Will it result in some humility?

Short answer – this adored/privileged group will no doubt retain their attitudes.

Exit question — What will it take to make some humility happen?

These young women are beyond redemption, they are incapable of learning humility or gratitude so there is no point trying to teach them. IMO it would take total enslavement to break the young cunts of today in this society

By and large women are born without the appreciation gene

They are biological robots desgined to take in alpha jizz, pump out alpha babies and extract resources from betas.

Appreciation genes would slow down their biological imperative.

If women in mass began to demonstrate appreciation you can be sure it’s a change in their sub programming desgined to add them in taking in alpha jizz and extracting beta resources and not a genuine sustained change of heart.

Farmers markets going to be hit this year so spring planting starts now.

A great idea (not mine Mrs) to get started.

We use the 15l plastic jugs of water from the grocers, our well water tastes like crap from iron
Cut the tops off leaves a good deep bucket, cheap. Punch holes in bottom for drainage
Fill with combo of manure, dirt, compost.
Add seed carrots potatoes, beans etc.
Set cut lid back on proects against mild frost at night, take off in morning so plants don’t get too humid.
When its past frost, May 24 here, either put them out individually, in rows with a frame or set them into the planters in the video above, they fit perfect in a 3 foot wide box.

Around here with deer, etc we have a structure like the one above but with chickenwire on the top too to keep squirrels, raccoons out. Starting in the water jugs is so much easier. Start em now indoors, move them out mid april with tops for frost then plunk em in the boxes come May.

    Easy peasy veggies all summer.
This year if ya dont grow em, not gonna have em.

Not collecting um…food. Fuel. Basic maintenance. A real blow to the um…survival.

Sure they get the govt cheque but do they know what to do with it?

I agree with the “not my wife, not my problem” sentiment. If the person is a member of my family, fine.
And male friends, sure, but as #2 priority. Many Christian men I know would fall into this group.
But someone else’s wife? Some feral female who refused to make the slight effort that it would have taken to become better than 98% of the other women in my city, and thus allow her to get married at age 18 to a good man?
I will allow her to receive the benefits/consequences of her own choices — this is an important part of respect.

Proverbs 16:26 – The laborer’s appetite works for him; his hunger drives him on.

    2 Thessalonians 3:
10For even when we were with you, we
gave you this rule: “If a man will not
    work, he shall not eat.”
11We hear that some among you are idle.
They are not busy; they are busybodies.
12Such people we command and urge in
the Lord Jesus Christ to settle down and
    earn the bread they eat.

A woman’s work is to serve her husband (Genesis 2:18). If a woman is not doing that, allow her to go hungry. It is truly unfortunate that our society refuses to do this. Without hardship, I do not see gratitude for men becoming widespread among women. It will be possible to find a few good women, as exceptions always exist — but they will be exceptions. I am grateful for the character my wife chooses to have/display.

It is interesting that the Bible commands charity for orphans and widows. A selfish/lazy woman who never marries is neither. A woman who abandons her husband or who drives him away is similarly neither. Let them starve. Be an example for the other women in society.

The automated modules—5000 of which are already installed in U.S. health facilities, while 18,000 are in operation in other countries—don’t require a lab facility or special training to operate. What’s more, they generate accurate results in about 45 minutes.

A majority of the people Horowitz talked with said it was a “hard” decision, but opted for a more damaging, deadly pandemic just so long as Trump is defeated in November.

“The technology we developed is very powerful, because you can have all different kinds of cartridges for the instrument. Each cartridge can have a different design of its microfluidics and hold different chemicals, creating a PCR (polymerase chain reaction) specific to any DNA sequence you want, and so sensitive that you can detect just a few segments of that DNA in a milliliter of liquid.

Back in the mid-90s, I was working in the hospital labs and told Mike the future was all thermal cyclers (these PCR machines). Not even a decade later, we were stationed at a base that had suitcase thermal cyclers for disaster areas, to determine which type of bio weapon was used, for example.

The “business community” is in it up to their necks. They didn’t know what they were doing when they shipped all their factories to China? For survivors of severe COVID-19, beating the virus is just the beginning

The next few months will be full of grim updates about the spread of the new coronavirus, but they will also be full of homecomings. Patients hospitalized with severe COVID-19, some having spent weeks breathing with the help of a mechanical ventilator, will set about resuming their lives. Many will likely deal with lingering effects of the virus—and of the emergency treatments that allowed them to survive it.

“The issue we’re all going to be faced with the most in the coming months is how we’re going to help these people recover,” says Lauren Ferrante, a pulmonary and critical care physician at the Yale School of Medicine. Hospital practices that keep patients as lucid and mobile as possible, even in the throes of their illness, could improve their long-term odds. But many intensive care unit doctors say the pandemic’s strain on hospitals and the infectious nature of the virus are making it hard to stick to some of those practices.

A few possibilities for this. None good.
