How Many Comprehend?

Naturally everybody in the Manosphere knows how the system (e.g. marriage, divorce, sexual harassment, affirmative action) has been tilted such that it is not favorable and sometimes downright dangerous to men.  Many men who are not party to the Manosphere know this also.  It is very obvious to anybody who looks and thinks, and especially to those who live it.

Now, let us consider the ladies.  First of all, they do not live the man side of world.  That would be one strike toward them not understanding.  Furthermore, it is said that some are solipsistic, the view that only yourself exists.  There would be no concept of men,  what they are, what they live through under such a view.  That would be two strikes.  Lastly, men are considered more as utilities (as in electric, telephone, gas) than a people.  This applies to the tinglemakers and the buckmakers both.  Strike three.

Naturally enough, some women comprehend, but there just isn’t enough impetus for them to do much about it.  In fact, many benefit from the system, or at least think that they do.  But the general unhappiness of women, both in marriage and out, clarifies the lie with respect to the supposed benefits.

Short answer — they are told that are oppressed, so why go against the narrative?  Be a good cow in the herd.

Addendum by Deti:

The main things seeping into the mainstream outside the manosphere are

1) AFBB; and

2) Marriage is a bad deal for men.

Pretty much everything else is still “unknown” or not talked about. Men still aren’t getting how important their physical appearances are to sexual attraction. Men still aren’t fully comprehending what women are doing in the SMP/relationship marketplace. So much of what they do is still quite concealed.

Most women understand more about men than men understand about women. There haven’t been any concerted 50-year efforts to obscure and lie about what men are sexually attracted to and what they want in women. Women know and very well understand what men want: Pretty faces, long hair, big tits, tight asses, long legs, nice personalities, youth, fertility, and nonbitchiness. Women have known this since time immemorial. Everyone knows it and carefully trains women on it. Women also know that the hotter they are, the bitchier they can get away with being. Even mediocre women are learning they can still get attention through online dating and so are getting bitchier as well.

Women act this way because men allow it. Because the thirst is real.

And to the extent women don’t understand, they don’t care, because they don’t have to. They can still get what they need from men without understanding them, even if they don’t get most of what they want.

A woman will always get what she needs from life. She can always work. And whatever isn’t there, some man somewhere will provide it to her – even if that “man” is a cohort of John Q. Taxpayers, paying the way for Uncle Sugar.

Why should women care? They will always get what they need, mostly because we as a society cannot bear to see women thrown into the street, left poor and destitute, to die of starvation or exposure. Society just won’t let that happen, ever.

Society WILL let that happen to men, though.

Ms. Valenti, a columnist for the Guardian and author of several feminist books, responded with an obscenity, calling the White House message “f—king disgraceful,” and then added this remarkable statement: “The deadliest demographic for American women isn’t immigrants — it’s husbands & boyfriends. But the truth about who kills women in this country isn’t politically useful for the White House.”

Well, since Ms. Valenti has invited an examination of the demographics of murder, let us ask: Who is killing whom in America?

It so happens that I’ve previously researched this question, and can say with certainty that Ms. Valenti’s insinuation — that the typical American woman is in danger of being murdered by her boyfriend or husband — is absolutely false. Murder is a rare crime, and the homicide rate has declined significantly in the United States in recent decades. According to the FBI’s Crime in the United States report, there were 15,070 homicide victims in 2016, of whom 11,821 (78.4%) were male. In other words, for every woman murdered in America, 3.63 men were murdered. The fact that male homicide victims outnumber female victims nearly 4-to-1, however, is not something feminists bother to mention when ranting against “male violence.”

“The best strategy for job creation is to pay a decent living wage to every worker in America. Jobs don’t magically appear. They respond to consumer demand, and good wages create demand.”

“The best strategy for job creation is to pay a decent living wage to every worker in America.”
Actually, job loss seems to be the most consistent outcome in places that institute living wage laws.

    “Jobs don’t magically appear.”
Ok, check. Good for you, Senator. Here’s a cookie.

    “They respond to consumer demand,…”
Yes, increased demand for goods or services should lead to an increase in the jobs that provide them. Though IT can often replace workers these days. Likewise, a decrease in demand for same will result in a decrease in the number of related jobs.

    “…and good wages create demand.”
Good wages create demand for jobs that pay good wages? Uh, I don’t know that that has ever been a problem. However, being forced to pay people $15/hr to flip burgers isn’t going to create more burger flipping jobs; it’s much more likely to kill those jobs in favor of automation.

If he’s trying to say there’s a knock-on effect, that’s been reliably disproven a hundred times. So eventually we just get back to the original statement being a really stupid thing to say.

“Millennial men are leading a major backlash against women’s rights, according to new research from the University of Canberra. Those men, born between 1982 and 2000, backed by their older Gen X brothers, say they are left out of the conversation about gender equality and believe there is too much political correctness at work. Nearly half say their rights are being eroded by the focus on gender equality.”

    Discover Masculinity Undone
Exploring the liberation of men from long‑established visual stereotypes, this trend shows masculinity in its many forms—and helps redefine what it means to be a man in the present age. As men are increasingly responding to empathetic and authentic storytelling that visualizes masculinity in complex and diverse ways, this visual trend can have a powerful impact on your work—and on your audience.

The linked photo montage shows men frolicking in a flower patch and folding laundry. Yeah, hard pass on this. Men don’t need to be liberated from their DNA and their God-given masculinity — they need to embrace those things that make them unique and essential to society.

Many men who are not party to the Manosphere know this also. It is very obvious to anybody who looks and thinks, and especially to those who live it.

Jacinda is smarter than Theresa, I’ll give her that much. Smart enough to know she’s far too inexperienced to be the leader of a political party, let alone the Prime Minister – didn’t really want the job IMO. She makes fun of her own teeth. The problem is, she’s a fucking socialist.

In all seriously, I sometimes wonder how much of Soviet bureaucracy was actually purposeful to keep the masses from rioting (things like those STEM initiatives remind me of the old Soviet procedures-over-results mindset).
Speaking of bureaucracy, Mike got an e mail this morning notifying him that some service members were overpaid without being informed they were overpaid. Although they weren’t told and probably have no idea who they are (we sure don’t know, could be us), this will probably effect their credit rating.
Doing a happy dance to be out of that (insert colorful expletive here).
