Older Sheilas — The Facts

A comment from here,

Older ladies: the old saw is true. If you ever find yourself signing up for a dating service, make up a nice meal, with candles and alcohol (beer if appropriate), and take a slightly unflattering picture of yourself sitting in front of that meal with a note that says “I made this”. That’ll get you light years farther with older men than 400 hours of elliptical and a bucket of eye liner.

This is essentially a scaled down version of what was advocated here and here, in part a denunciation of feminism  Probably because the above idea is more subtle, it probably will be more effective.  For sure, it would be less subject to criticism.

But consider the lesson: older women just don’t have the market demand of those that are younger.  This shouldn’t be a surprise, but apparently it is for lots of women.  As an older woman, you have to actually provide something other than your body that he might like.  It sure does seem silly to have to pound this home, but it is true.

Now for the other side of the coin, older women should be cognizant of what men dislike.

Here are some excerpts from the article

They are in great physical shape, living full and interesting lives.

Smart and sassy, Laura has a doctorate in physics and works as an optical engineer, yet she finds the dating sites full of men her age and older who just seem lazy.

‘I prefer younger men now because they are fun, whereas the older ones are boring,’ she says.

Perhaps I am being unfair, and am reading lots into the above.  But what I see are women who probably would not be all that interesting to me.  Of course, they think that they are awesome in this regard.  I can’t help but think of an aunt in Chicago that we visited every year when I was a child.  She was a big time academic.  I noticed that the subjects that she talked about and the things that she said were either not important / not interesting / incorrect.  Eventually I figured out that this stuff was what all of the right people in Chicago thought and believed.  Far be it for a country bumpkin kid to challenge her; I just watched and learned.  This is what I imagine many of the women in the article to be like.  Of course, I am probably a niche market; your mileage may vary (an Americanism, look it up).

Short answer – older women have to provide value and not subtract value

Response by Deti,

“I prefer younger men now because they are fun, whereas the older ones are boring,”

Translation: I can still use my body to manipulate young(er) men. I can still get younger men to do what I want/give me what I want. We fuck and it’s fun and I get validation out of it. Older men? They, like, want relationships, and relationships mean responsibility, and that means I’d have to actually, you know, like, DO THINGS and BRING THINGS to the “relationship”.

    Farm Boy,
These women have spent their whole lives rejecting men. It is what defines them. To add to that, they have all been married. The odds are, they dumped perfectly good husbands. I have been told, that what is on the inside, shows on the outside after forty. My guess is that men see them coming and run the other way.

In the time that I spent on internet dating, no woman’s profile displayed food that she cooked. However, the profiles were full of what men could do for them. I think if I went back to browse, the faces would all be the same.

These women could drive men to question the validity of their own existence. That is a dangerous thing in men over fifty.

I would like to know where the dating coaches in the Daily Mail article came up with estimates of men/women in one to seven or eight ratio. The women certainly aren’t acting like this is the case.

  4. fuzziewuzziebear says:

There really isn’t much satisfaction is seeing women hit “The Wall”. Terence Popp does go on about how it is a long time from age forty to eighty for women.
These women want the same advantages they enjoyed in the sexual marketplace that they had in their twenties. While they lived it, they can’t see the demographics. One thing for certain, they must have taken full advantage in their twenties to the point of abuse.

The problem, Sue, is that women don’t want, will not fuck, and will not marry, the “well-brought up man from the good girl’s community, a man who has a history of making better choices when it comes to his sexuality.”

We presented millions on millions of those men to you, and YOU WOMEN rejected them, refused them, married them despite your lack of sexual attraction, frivorced them, and then kept their children from them.

Doesn’t that then make “masculine” a social construct? Something that society teaches rather than something that hormones produce?

Or perhaps you meant “allowing boys to be masculine”, or “giving boys permission to be masculine”? Or, perhaps, “teaching boys that they should not stifle their masculinity”?

If sex is not a social construct, then it cannot be taught (gender, on the other hand, is simply how you choose to present yourself to society – regardless of what sex you are). If sex can be taught (male / female), then it is a social construct.

    The argument must stay consistent.

The authors measured how much respondents adhered to certain ideas about femininity, including “being nice in relationships” and “caring for children” and found that the more that they held these ideas to be true, the more likely they were to avoid STEM majors. Again, the obvious explanation is ignored. Maybe people who think that being nice in relationships or caring for children is a fundamental part of their identity (as women) are inclined to pursue careers that make it possible for them to exhibit those qualities more fully. Maybe they haven’t simply been brainwashed by those vague, nefarious forces: “Culture, media, and, literature.”

Students are being taught by these postmodern professors that there is no truth, that science and empirical facts are tools of oppression by the white patriarchy, and that nearly everyone in America is racist and bigoted, including their own professors, most of whom are liberals or progressives devoted to fighting these social ills. Of the 58 Evergreen faculty members who signed a statement “in solidarity with students” calling for disciplinary action against Weinstein for “endangering” the community by granting interviews in the national media, I tallied only seven from the sciences. Most specialize in English, literature, the arts, humanities, cultural studies, women’s studies, media studies, and “quotidian imperialisms, intermetropolitan geography [and] detournement.” A course called “Fantastic Resistances” was described as a “training dojo for aspiring ‘social justice warriors’” that focuses on “power asymmetries.”
If you teach students to be warriors against all power asymmetries, don’t be surprised when they turn on their professors and administrators. This is what happens when you separate facts from values, empiricism from morality, science from the humanities.

Writing for the U.K.’s liberal newspaper The Guardian, Afua Hirsch, who is spearheading this campaign, called the famous son of Britain and arguably the history’s finest naval hero a “white supremacist” and an enabler of the “transatlantic slave trade.”

It’s unclear from the NLRB’s website what the specific charges are, but it is likely Damore will argue that his memo was an attempt to band together with his fellow employees to try to improve work conditions or repair workplace problems. This concept, known as “protected concerted activity,” allows workers to come together for mutual aid and protection and prohibits employers from retaliating against such activity. This is normally thought of in the labor union context, but the National Labor Relations Act protects concerted activity in both union and non-union workplaces

No. the reason church boys are betaized like this is not because they never expect these men to mate. It’s because they view all natural masculinity – aggressive, pursuing, taking what you want, even assertiveness and standing up for what you want and need – as toxic and mean and cruel and “not nice”. It’s because they believe such men are not really sexy. It’s because they honestly believe women are attracted to nice, kind, friendly, helpful men. It’s because they honestly believe that looks don’t matter.

They honestly, truly believe they are helping these boys. They aren’t trying to hurt them. They truly believe they’re doing the best they can for their boys. What they miss is that they’re preparing their sons for a sexual and relationship marketplace that has been extinct for the last 40 years.

That’s why I stay active around here. I want to know what’s really going on in the world that I don’t date or fuck in. I want’ to know what dating/sex world my son is growing up into. I want to know it so I can help get him ready for it.

It’s also because they truly, honestly believe the only true route to happiness for men is through marriage to a woman, and therefore they feel they have to get their sons married off just as soon as possible. It’s also because they believe the only way they can get their sons married off is to sand off his rough edges with niceness, milquetoastiness, and pussification because that makes him more pliable and willing to compromise himself and what he wants/ needs for a woman.

^^Sorry, yes you’re right… it’s probably better to say all the other phrases you brought up or at least one of those. BUT I will say that once a teen has been through 16 years of feminized programming where they basically stamp out the normal masculine behavior, I DO think they have to almost be “taught” how to be masculine again. I know I’ve talked to various young women who feel that way about needing to be “taught” how to be feminine because they were basically groomed to be tomboys all their life and pushed into more traditionally masculine roles.

Meanwhile, another branch of the Disney entertainment empire, Marvel Comics, is enduring an incongruous problem. Films about Marvel’s superheroes dominate at the box office several times a year, but sales of the comic books have been increasingly disappointing since 2015, a slump that coincides with the publisher’s increasingly obvious effort to make its core characters diverse: Thor became a woman, African-American characters took over the mantles of Spider-Man and Captain America, and an African-American woman started wearing Iron Man’s armor. (It’s worth noting that Marvel always had racially diverse heroes, particularly in its team titles: Storm, Black Panther, War Machine, Falcon, Rictor, Sunfire, Jubilee, Cloak, Thunderbird, Snowbird, Shaman, Cheyanne . . . )

“The point of many of these books is not to tell interesting stories about new characters struggling to be superheroes, but to check off the ‘diversity’ and ‘inclusivity’ and ‘representation’ boxes on the progressive checklist,” one fan lamented. “As such, the characters are bland, flawless sock-puppets for their authors to rant about their progressive agendas. Whatever story that might exist gets lost in the need to virtue signal to the progressive readers who ironically do not buy the books.”

The decision to remove an Asian-American announcer named Robert Lee from calling University of Virginia’s home opener — ‘simply because of the coincidence of his name,’ as ESPN inexplicably admits — unsurprisingly lit up the Internet with outrage, jokes and memes. It also rendered inarguably true the assertion made by President Trump himself as well as many others that this debate will descend quickly and embarrassingly down a slippery slope. I’d argue the pre-emptive removal of an Asian-American sportscaster, who had nothing to do with the Civil War or slavery, from a college football game simply because his name sounds similar doesn’t represent a gradual slope, but a 1000-foot cliff.

When sex education focused on avoiding pregnancy at all costs, women grew increasingly ignorant of their own bodies. The majority of women are pushing off pregnancy until advanced maternal age. They remain ignorant of the multitude of complications that can impact an older first-time mom, let alone an average, otherwise low-risk birth. This is why, as the PRB notes, “Young women in Generation X faced higher rates of maternal mortality than women of the Baby Boom, and rates are even higher for Millennial women.”

Of her generation’s achievements in women’s liberation, Kupfermann observed that second-wave feminism made the world “more painful, complicated and unrewarding.” Nowhere is that more evident than in the fact that language has been so grossly manipulated as to make us downright miserable. With marriage and children now equated to work, the very concept of motherhood must be politicized beyond all recognizable definition.

  84. SFC Ton says:

Women make everything miserable and complicated unless she has been properly subjugated.
