What is the Point?

Here is a fella with a “Bionic Member”.   When you hear bionic, you think of this: Steve Austin battling Bigfoot

Well, this bionic member is much less impressive.  Basically it is a “blow up” device with a pump.  And deflate when done.

He can’t feel the sensations that a normal fella would.  She would seemingly get less enjoyment.  Still, apparently lots of chicks want to try.  Perhaps they are easily bored.

In the end, what is the point?

Women want to “try him out?” It is, as if, he has no say in the matter. Talk about being “objectified”.
That he has this prothesis may be of primary men in that he can urinate normally.

It is new technology. Having the prosthesis should be better than doing without. If wooden legs were new technology, being able to walk again would be news.

In American folklore, Bigfoot (also known as Sasquatch) is a simian, ape, or hominid-like creature that is said to inhabit forests, mainly in the Pacific Northwest. Bigfoot is usually described as a large, hairy, bipedal humanoid. The term sasquatch is an Anglicized derivative of the Halkomelem word sásq’ets.

Scientists discount the existence of Bigfoot and consider it to be a combination of folklore, misidentification, and hoax, rather than a living animal, because of the lack of physical evidence and the large numbers of creatures that would be necessary to maintain a breeding population. Occasional new reports of sightings sustain a small group of self-described investigators. Most reports of sightings are attributed to being various animals, particularly black bears.

  14. What is the point

    Of women?
    Of pursueing women?
    Of this prosthetic?
    Of even discussing this?

Seeing the front page of the National Post today (links over at Blooms)
I am going to hibernate for the winter, play with the ponies and go snowshoing with the mutts.
Build a log cabin and burn off some disillisionment.

Sasquatch doesnt hang in these parts but he is welcome to share the campfire and swap lies.

  15. Remember when Colonel Austin and Colonel Boyington and Commander Magnum were good solid rolemodels for boys and we could go out and play imitating their adventures?

  27. I did not read about this particular bionic man, but I do know from my health writer days that for men who can’t get an erection post prostate cancer surgery this is an option. I do not know of course what the experience is, not having first hand knowledge on either side, but for couples facing this issue it may be a solution? Hopefully the man still retains sensation and a grand finale but I don’t know…

As for random stranger women wanting to hop on, that seems…. Uh…. Tacky? Insensitive? Entitled? Not sure what the word would be…

Reverse the scnerio… A woman has a sexual dysfunction issue, loads of men send emails that they want to “try it out.” Would that be ok??? Or creepy???

    Farm Boy,
Sasquatch has a sad countenance. He needs to socialize more, but not with humans.

Overlooked in the post and comments is that, given an appendage, it would seem to make peeing a lot more like normal. I would not like to deal with bags.
As for sex, that all these women are interested in something that can’t give the man pleasure Is exceedingly selfish. It doesn’t speak well.

As for being butthurt over women getting fifty offers a day on internet dating, they wouldn’t be so butthurt if they knew that in advance. They could have avoided the whole mess.
On the face of it, internet dating looks like it should work. You find out differently later.

So will Jillstain’s recount give Trump the grounds to insist on US wide reform of corrupt voting practices? That’s going to cost the dems dear in the future.

  38. fuzziewuzziebear says:

There was some speculation that the recount would bring stuff like this to light. In the past, there has been talk of reform but it doesn’t get done between elections when it would be a good idea. It doesn’t gen done during elections because that might be taking some advantage. Son, it doesn’t get done.
They found it in Wisconsin and now, in Michigan. Pennsylvania has still be heard from.
At a guess, it is probably blatant as hell in all the high crime areas of the country.

  39. @ Spawny I saw a little birdy say exactly that, the recount would uncover voter fraud on the d side, and that big expose would be coming out Dec. 13 on all that leading to massive campaign reforms…

I mean, my voter registartion card is printed on PAPER and could easily be forged. Seems they could step up the security there a bit.

However one time my signature had changed slightly and they caught that in the mail in voting and checked to verify it was me, that made me feel a bit better about the oversight…
